CCI BR4 PRIMERS NO FURTHER A MYSTERY

I bought a plain optima, not an elite, about six-7yrs back. I attempted a number of brands of primers in it. I could about 6 rounds in the normal CCIs or Win magnums and then the primers would get packed in with carbon. They were very hard to extract!
